Davis K. Brimberg, Ph.D. trained at Harvard University as a doctoral intern and postdoctoral fellow. She received her doctorate from Yeshiva University (Bronx, NY) (Tenzer Scholar), her M.A. from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice (New York, NY) (Graduate Dean's List) and her B.A. from New York University (Honors Scholar; Founders’ Day Award).

Dr. Brimberg studied dance and theater extensively as an adolescent and young adult. She started N.Y.U. in the Tisch School for the Arts as a dance major and then changed her concentration to psychology.
